Password reset on SV8100 Inmail

Have an SV8100 with Inmail (VM) and user has forgotten her security code. Have looked in memory block 47 but can't seem to find a PW reset option. Anybody got an answer?

The system administrator can reset the password.
menu 72, 7, 7. Watch the soft keys as you move through it.
