Password reset on opt11C 25.15

Hi. Can anyone help? I am looking for a way to reset the admin password set by another distributor. ( Distributor cant remember the pasword. or the one they have, dont work)
I know we can contact Nortel/Avaya tech suport, but i am looking for a cheaper way.

alot of us on this site know how to retreive passwords but we are restricted in posting the process, your vendoe, if they are worth a crap, should be able to access PDT and retreive the password they set up

Ok, thanks. We are the vendor for this cusomer. (probably not worth a crap).
And we also know how to retreive passwords on newer machines. but not on the old unsupported 25.15.

The method is pretty well the same. I'm sure there are people who will assist you, but it's an area that can cause problems for a variety of reasons.
