Password reset on Netelligent Switch

I hope someone has the answer to my question.

I've got a Compaq Netelligent 5606 100Base-T switch. But there is a password on it. Is there someone who knows how to reset or recover this password. Nobody at my work remembers the password, and we have to reset the settings.
