Password reset Meridianmail ?

Anyone know how to reset password on MeridanMail ?

The system password will take the install tape and a reboot of mail.

A mailbox is a softkey that says change password while modifying the mailbox.

I am assuming that you are asking for the system password.

No just a regular mailbox password reset

Sure, login to Meridian Mail as administrator, choose choice 1 (User Administration), then choice 1 again (Local Voice User), select the soft key associated with (View / Modify)in my case that's F3 (using Procomm Plus), enter the VM box number. Press the soft key associated with (Change Password)for Procomm Plus that would be F4, enter the password, press enter, enter the password again, press enter, then press the soft key for (save), for me that is F1 in Procomm Plus. Exit administration, you're all done.
