Password reset 200ICP

Is the only way to get a password reset on a 200ICP through Mitel?

As I know(newbie), you can change vm passwords from MiTEL IP phone. You can change 200ICP's other password by logining SX200 ICP management. You need change two parts: 1) CDE forms and 2) Maintenance Commands.

Are you the owner of the system according to Mitel?

You can always default the system, but you will still need the moss sheet. If it is a small site this may be an option.
