Re: recovering a BS470 switch with an unknown password.

The last I heard...if you need to recover a lost password on a Baystack 470 switch you have to call Nortel with the MAC address of the box. They run your MAC through a little algorithm that generates a back door password.

Is that still the case?..or did they ever have a master password like the old BS350/450 switches??
