Password Recovery - InReach Terminal Server 1

Hello, I have a InReach iTouch series terminal server that no one knows the password to. Does anyone know how to factory reset or recover the password on one of these boxes?

I called the company - MRV, but then couldn't help, they say the box is too old.

Model: IR-MGRM-102AC

you may want to go grab the rawrite.exe password breaker. I've used it a few times to get into servers and workstations. You need to know at least a valid user name though. So hopefully the administator is active or you know the active admin account. You'll need ot boot up from a floppy and follow the simple steps.....
