Password Recovery for 4228G

I have a 4228G switch that i don't know the password word two. I have tried all the usual default

admin, security, monitor, manager.

I have tried to flash using the 3com update utility - the flash works but does not reset to factory defaults
Would have tried the TFTP server but there is no reset switch on the switch to bring up the prompt for TFTP server.

Any clues would be good

That was welcome news for me, as well. Hope it works for a 4226T switch.
