I have an Octel 250 running Aria 3.11.05-1. The request I've got is to set up a mailbox that requires a password to LEAVE a message. It's going to be used as a dropbox but there is a concern that it may get flooded with inappropriate messages and management wants to limit who has access to leave a message (assuming that the phone number for this particular mailbox were to become public knowledge).

Does anyone know of a way to do this? I've tried a number of different mailbox types and can't find a real clean way to make this work.
Thanks.

Yes you use a type 2 mailbox and password protect it.

Who would be using it or how many ?

You can also use groups or communities to restrict sending to a mailbox.
