Hi,

We have a database that is used primarily in transactional mode. The software belongs to an external vendor and it's working OK. We also access the database using the relational engine - that particular software is ours. We were wondering if we password protected our relational database would it have an impact on the transactional side?

Thanks and regards,
Tom

Shouldn't be a problem. I did a quick smoke test (enabled security then opened a file through the Function Executor) and didn't see any problems.
Obviously, you should fully test before putting something like this into production.
