Password Protect Hyperlinked File

When password protecting a hyper linked document, created in "Word", I lose my hyperlink feature of hyper linked documents contained in it. In other words, my "main" document has hyperlinked documents imbedded. Password protecting (form option) causes the hyperlink function to cease. Any ideas?

If you keep a hyperlink in a section of it's own, you can choose not to protect that section. Or you might do something with the macro options, something to do with "on leaving execute macro" - I cannot recall exactly.
