Password protect emails

Is there any way or any addon tool to Microsoft Outlook that enables the user to password protect individual emails, as administrators we have access to all pertners mailboxes however I would be more comfortable if the partners had the option to password protect a sensitive email. I have seen some 3rd party software but it is pricey

Are you suggesting you can't trust the administrators?

What happens when the partners can't remember their password and need it reset?

I'd be against installing anything that couldn't be managed by an admin, myself.

You might want to look at PGP encryption - a quick google will get you loads of information, and it's pretty secure.
