Password Prompt

I am using VSS .When I set a New password for my login It does not prompt me with the password this happens if the Admin --> Options --> Use Network Name for Automatic Login is set .If this option is unchecked It prompts with password.

how do I solve this problem .

This happens to me too, I thinks its designed like that. Assuming that no-one else has the same network ID as you then this shouldn't be a problem. Other users would hve to supply a login to get access to Sourcesafe. I find it really annoying having to log into sourcesafe every time I want to use.
