Hi everybody

One of my clients are connected to a domain running off Microsoft exchange server, but the one problem I am having is that after he has logged on to the domain Microsoft Office Outlook asks him for a username and password but the only username and password that is accepted is the server's. I have tried so many things, I have deleted his account and re-created it, I have given him Administrator rights on the server. Please try and help me.

Quick fix: If there are other clients that have desired rights and DO NOT have this problem:

Delete his complete account network and mail.

Clone a working user's account with his name. This should provide an account that functions like the cloned account but under the new name.

Hope this helps

I have tried that already, I think something goes wrong whaen I import his PST file. This is like the mystry of the year for me.

Cheers, thanks for your help anyway.

Are you managing mail at the server vs locally via pst's?

You should be with Exchange

Point: do not import pst, just point OL to it
