password problem

I'm trying to link two MSaccess tables with HTTP protocol. When I insert the URL, where the db is (

http://server_name/dbase/xxxx.mdb)

and press link table button, Access ask me about a network username and passsword. I already define the administrator and guest passwords, but if I use these passwords, Access says that I'm not authorized to perform the current operation.

What is the problem, or where can I define this usernames and passwords? I'm using win2000 advanced server
