Password Problem

I am trying to access a CICS 7.0 system from a phone to do line and set programming but when I enter CONFIG (266344) the password prompt appear but it freezes there...I cannot enter the passowrd or anything!!

Plase help.

I tried that but, going back into login, it freezes, that is, it will not allow any key function except RLS.
