I no longer have the password for either the sysadmin or the custadmin accounts. Any idea how I can reset these or get back in. I think my maintenace company changed the sysadmin password as I know I didn't and it was only me or them that had it but they say it wasn't them and they trying to get Nortel to help. My cuastadmin password was working till today but one of my user changed it and now all we get is "access permission denied".

I'm desperate!! Are there any other default passwords I can use?

We don't post passwords, default or otherwise on these forums. It's best for those of us who are working with this equipment, because it prevents non-professionals from getting access where they shouldn't by using this forum. Most often, access and security issues are left to you and your vendor. If you are not having success with your vendor then maybe another vendor will bend over backwards to help in the hopes of getting your business. It happens.
