Password on BPS

Hello Guys , how do we set passwords for telnet / web on the BPS ??
It is quite simple to implement but when web browsing to BPS it asks for "user name" and I do not know what this is.
any help much appreciated

RW is the default username for read/write, and RO is the default for read only.
