Password not taking

I changed remotely the password for the RAD using Norstar Manager. But under edit system details the password for the RAD password is the old password? When I dial in and look at the RAD password it the new? Does this make sense?

Go into another system with your Norstar Manager so the Cached files are overwritten then go back and look.
Norstar Manager is a really good layout but I have my doubts about its smarts as a program.

Thanks, I'll try that. Also how come the password reset option doesn't come up when I have a user from the site go in using RADMIN? I can't find it anywhere.

Sorry, don't know that one. I only have one old Rad still out there. I've changed all to FastRads even on old systems so I can use the rather much faster set emulation tool.
