Password Manager

I hope this is simple... I assume I'm missing something small here.

I go to launch the Password Manager Configuration Tool and I get "SSL certificate is not availble. See product documentation for more information about the certificate requirements for these features."

Why am I getting this? What steps do I have to take to "import" a certificate? And will any certificate work (meaning, a self signed one)?

A self signed one should work, but I must admit the message seems strange, I would have thought tjhat you would have to select SSL at install time. It has been a while since I used Password Manager though.
