Password Lost

I have a BCM 1000 rls 3.5 and some how none of my passwrds seem to work. I have tried both network ports and can not enter into the unified manager. ee_admin, eedge, supervisor, visor I have connected the db9 cable to my lap top and the passwords do not work. Are there any other default passwords?
 
Try ee_admin and the password PlsChgMe!
Not the caps and exclamation mark.
 
Tried the ee_admin and PlsCheMe! as posted and without caps and exclamation point. Still cant get in. Is there a higher level name and password
 
Tried that too. None of the dafault passwords are working. The customer thinks the system might have been hacked and all paswords have been changed.
 
Tried that one too. None of the default passwords seem to work. I was hoping for a higher level user name and password if it exists.
 
The only username that can not be removed is the ee_admin the rest can be completly deleted. You can view the database of the users if you have any level of access. But this will only let you see the usernames not the passwords might help to refresh somones memory of the password.
 
Thanks mrmarshall. All the passwords have been tried. We will try again on Monday. Is there a hidden password somewhere?
 
You said in your post that you tried both ports. do you know the IP address of both ports, did you get any kind of screen? When you use the serail port did you get any kind of screen like User Name / Password prompt?
 
I was able to access both LAN ports and the Unified Manager sceen appears. If I click on the System icon it asks for user name and password, but no user name and password will work. I tried entering through the serial cable and it asks for a user name and password and it does not work. I tried dialing in through the modem port and it asks for a user name and password and it does not work.
 
Sorry but thats all the passwords I know.
