Password loss 3Com Superstack II 3800

I have lost my password to my 3Com Superstack II 3800.
And now i got a big problem... Do some one knows ho to reset this? Or perhaps to i need to flash my swith whit a new firmware? Where can i find a new firmware, i have try´d 3coms ftp but they don´t have any firmware for this switch.
