I am running a Windows 2000 AD with Exchange 2003 and am having trouble with one user. He can login to the domain gain access to all applications and mapped drive's and printers ,but cannot access his mailbox on Exchange. For a temp fix I removed the user folder c:\documents and setting\userx on the local machine, then I have the user login to the computer again the profile reloads and outlook reloads itself and it works for a couple of days then the trouble starts again. There is no password change happening during this time. Thanks, Heath
