We have upgraded our Desktops to Win7 and our DC are Server 2008 but the domain level is 2003. Our password policy is as follows: Passwordshave a maximum age of 60 days and a minimum age of 14 days. All Passwords must be complex and have a length of 8 characters.
The issue we are having is that if an Administrator resets a users password the user then in turn cannot reset it. They conitue to get the message tha thte passowrd does not meet the requirements however the administrator can use the same password in AD and it works without issue.
