Password information filename in HP_UX 11.11

Hello Experts ,

Need your help.
Can anyone tell me the filename where password information is stored like password length,password aging ,min change etc.
I would appreciate if it is for both trusted & nontrusted syetems.
I have HP_UX 11.11 machine which is configured as nis client.
There default file location is as below.

/usr/newconfig/tcb/files/auth

But it is default.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
