One of our ex-employees has password protected all her Excel, Word and Access files. Is there anyway to remove this or find out what the password is, as we cannot contact her.

Any help would be appreciated

There are a few "semi" free tools that could do this for you, but it could take time AND these tools do not necessarily cater for passwords that are longer than 3 - 4 characters.

If you have a number of files, I would suggest buying a tool, which you can download and pay for using a credit card. They are not too expensive (around $30 - $50) and they are pretty good. They cater for any length password and offer dictionary or brute force password cracking.
