I have a user using Outlook 2002(with Office 2002 and SP-2). During his work, he will be prompted to login again using his password in outlook. It will reject it a few times, before letting him back in. Why is this happening?
Additionial info, the mailbox is on an Exchange 2000 system. Only one other user has a similar problem out of 100s. The OS is windows 2000, but the outlook and network password is not linked.
Anyone have any suggestions to offer?
