Help!
Can someone please tell me how I can set a password for a program which I am going to write, which will only allow a user to edit the information that they enter and view all the information in a single table.

Are you familiar with User Group Access...?

Basically you create a new security group on the system and use this to decide which users access what and what privileges they have.

It's well documented on the MSDN site (link below) and also in the help files for MS Access.
