password help

I have a BCM 400 customer some how has it locked up.I can get to were you must put in your password ,and it willnot take the admin pass word it is locked up.. Is there a way to get in and reset it.. to default,,EE_ admin. thanks cindy

Just a guess... Try to go to MAINTENANCE TAB ( if it lets you) choose tools, scrool to the bottom where it says reset unified manager. If that doesn't work, schedule a restart off hours in the same section.
I had one that wouldn't respond to anything. I finally jerked the plug and did a cold reboot, but it fixed it...I hate NT...
