working on a G3 v9 i think
need to reset password can anyone help

Also education me on this ?
they currently had SBC than moved providers cbeyond
all CO trunks when placing outside calls in gets a busy tone. i tell the provider to switch it to ground start it works out but not in

loop start/ it rings busy and sometimes in
ground start/calls out but not in
what is the crrect fix

cant log in the switch without pw, but is that normal,
