password for superstack II linkconvert II

I need help on cracking the password for 3com superstack II linkconvert II/3c8254A. My company have couple 3com superstack II linkconvert II/3c8254A, it used to convert SNA to ethernet. I am unable to login into those unit to setup the configuration. I had tried:
log admin
log root
log synnet
log security
