Password for Pocket Excel Spreedsheet Cell

Folks:

I have been using iPAQ (PDA)for collecting data from the job sites. For this purpose I have many formulas in the Pocket Excel spreadsheets. Dose anybody know if these formulas can be locked with Password so that my spreadsheets will be tamperproof?

Is there any software available for this purpose?

Any input will be highly appreciated.
