Password expiration timing

I'm having an issue with the time of day my domain user passwords are expiring. Is there a way to change the time of day a password expires? I have my Account Policy set so passwords expire after 30 days, at which point the user is prompted to change their password. The problem is that the password isn't expiring until around 8:30am, which results in a case of a user logging in successfully at 8:00am, then a half hour later, their password expires, and they lose their connection to the DC, forcing them to restart and change their password. Not a huge deal, but its frustrating for the user, and is eating up way too much of my time troubleshooting.

From my experience user passwords expire the number of days to the minute that they were set. I haven't found a way to change it.

Do you have a password reminder set? We have our password expiry warning set for 14 days for a 90 day password. IMHO, any user who lets their password expire after having to click no to repeated reminders deserves the frustration.

Cheers.
