I am using Active Directory and want to set a number of people to force them to change their password on Jan. 15, 2003. Does anyone know how that is done individually ?

I know in NT 4.0, there was a field you can set for every account. Can't seem to find it anyhwere in AD?

Many thanks for your input.

Go to property of the user account in AD. In account option under Account tab put the check mark "user must change password at next logon" and un-check "password never expire". Make sure you did it on the Jan 14 or 15 depend on when the user will be last logging.
