Password error when reconnecting after getting disconnected

When users get dissconnected after a X nr. of minutes, they automaticly get reconnected, but now the probleem the password is incorrect. I believe that the password is placed twice?..
How can i tackel this porblem

Maybe the local and session passwords are unsynchronised? CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
