Password Change Screen from Upfront to CC

I am trying to get the password change screen in Upfront (Personalize -> User -> Change logon password) to Cognos Connection, so that the users can change the password in Cognos Connection itself. But I have very little success since I am not so good in XML.

Anyone successful in doing this, please guide me.
