PASSWORD BEFORE DIALING

IS THERE A WAY TO PUT A PASSWORD ON A MERIDIAN PHONE, SAY 2616 BEFORE ANYBODY CAN DIAL INTERNALLY OR EXTERNALLY. PLS. HELP ME. WHAT OVERLAY SHOULD I USE AND WHAT ARE THE STEPS I SHOULD DO.

you can look up controlled class of service, but i've never tried blocking internal with that any rls feature. is this an analog or digital. either way, depending on the app, maybe you could look at a ring down to security or att? that tends to discourge unwanted calls

can the nortel use forced auth codes? go off hook dial code then input security code.. just a thought...
