Passport 2nd blade "down" after re-boot

Guys , any help ?, after a power down , as expected passport comes back up to blade 6 . However blade 5 now is red and reported as "down". Unlike other passports that report secondary blade as "dormant"
The log file shows the message :
"swip sram address test in slot 5 failed init."

Any help much appreciated

You didn't mention if they are 8690 CPU blades, but it sounds suspiciously like a bulletin they put out a few years ago:

Anthony , yes they are 8690 ,s and it looks as though this is the problem , thanks for your help. The hard part is getting it fixed and turned around quickly.
