I currently have a linksys cable router w/ 4 port switch and am having some problems with FTP.

I have one server machine behind my firewall who is designated as the DMZ machine. Passive FTP does not work and I'm not sure why. The machine, being on the DMZ, should have all ports forwarded to it, so PASV should be able to open whatever random data port it wants. It does not work, however and I get the following message when trying to login: "Possible PASSV port theft"

Active FTP works just fine, using only ports 20 and 21

Any ideas?
