passing variables to and from email

Is it possible when using System.Net.Mail to pass some variables to the email that can be manipulated and sent on from the email to for example another web page?

Yes, if I understand correctly. In the body of the email, you could create a link to the second web page and put whatever values you need in as a querystring value.
