Hi, I'm programming a servlet and I would like to know how can I pass a value in my servlet to the html page without having to re-write the page?

In example supposing I have a variable i=3; in the servlet. How can I print "i=3" in the html page?

Thanks,
Komyg

Witrhout some kind of programming language to pick up the value sent, you can't.

You could maybe use Javascript to get the value, but that falls out of the realm of HTML.
