Passing values from a form to report

How can I pass values chosen on a form to use in a query that a report is based off of?

Set the criteria in your Query to the textboxes in your Form using
=Forms!FormName!TextboxName
identifiers.

But what if I am using check boxes and they can choose mutiple criteria?
