Passing # through intercluster trunc

Hello,
I'm wondering is possible to pass # to other call manager?
I have 2 CM-s and not so developed dialing plans.[My area is not covered by cisco :-(.
I want that when users from one CM call number 123456# this should arrive to peer CM with same pattern. Right now it come as 123456.
I want to avoid 10s interdigit wait time.

Eliminate the overlapping patterns is the best practice. Is there a CSS on the Trunk? If so, put a Translation Pattern of XXXXXX with a Dialed Number Transformation pattern of XXXXXX# in the CSS by itself and put it's CSS to include whatever PT's you are trying to reach.

I don't have CSS on the trunk. Just want to pass end of dialing sign via trunk to other CCM.
