Passing the data from a form to the URL

I'm trying to get some web reporting going.

I want to build a sf string based on the information entered in an HTML form and attach it to the url

How do I get the values from the form into the URL?

You would probably get more joy in a HTML forum, but if you set method="Get" on the form header, it should attach the form info to the URL listed as the value in the Action= attribute of the form header.
