Passing 'SESSSTARTTIME' in PreSession command?

In the PreSession command, can I pass the 'SESSSTARTTIME' variable. In my PreSesion command, I am calling an Unix script which needs this SESSSTARTTIME as inout. So if I could specify the SESSSTARTTIME in my PreSession properties, my Unix script would use that value.
Any idea on the same...
