Is it possible to pass a parameter to a compiled report? I was successful at passing a parameter to a .rpt, but when I try to pass to .exe it still prompts me for the parameter value. I don't want to be prompted I just want to value to be paased directly to the .exe. Is that possible? Also, can I bypass the window asking how I want to print the report when I call the compiled report? I just want the report to pop-up. Any help would bring me out of my misery with this.

Thanks!

You don't want to use compiled reports. You have no control over the interface. You have to launch the report from an application using one of the 4 integration methods to do the things you describe. I have done it with VB and I have heard that you can do similar things with some versions of MS Access. Ken Hamady
