passing parameter between pages with XSL

Hi, I am currently working on linking a couple of pages.
The first page contains a list of names.
The second page is a template page that displays the info of a person (the info is in a XML file)
I would like to set the second page to display the corresponding person's info based on the link that is click on the first page. What do I write on each XSL files (the first page and the second page)?
