IPO Rel 10.1 Essential with POTS Lines. My customer, though it is not their central focus, receives some calls from people who may potentially be suicidal. Their AA forwards certain calls to an on-call doctor, and it is imperative that the originating caller id be received on some of these calls. What is the best practice to pass this info, providing I can get the provider (AT&T) to cooperate?
