Passing Export command from Html page to a Report ..

hi.,
I am using SCR 8.0 and OP_SYS is WIN 2K.

I had developed few reports and had placed in mapping folder on Query Server.
When i call the report from a HTML page i wanna the report to be exportedinto EXCEL format for which i had created a link as follows..

but its unable to load the file..., when i remove the Export command and make a link its working fine.

Also i have an other question but the above one is of higher priority than this..:
I would like to Pass UserName and Password from the Link to the database for which i had followed manual to do it but its not working somehow and whenever i click REFRESH button from browser., its asking for UserName and Password for database..., also i dont wanna display the UserName and Password in Browser ( ie i wanna do a kind of POST Method on it..) but its simply not working with me...
I am pretty new to SCR and would appreciate Quick reply..
