Hi everyone:

We are looking to pass the DNIS info to the Genesys TServer and are having some issues on how to configure DNIS notification in LD 23 and setting the DNIS prompt to YES in LD 16 for Trunk Route Configuration.

How can we determine which trunk route we need to change the DNIS prompt for?

Also, we do not get a DNIS prompt in LD 23 for the CDN we are looking to change.

Thanks in advance!

Here is what I did When I set up the Genesys server for DNIS, First I turned DNIS on on the routes that carried in my local and toll free numbers.

Next I added the CDN to the SQL database for the Genesys server.

After you have made some test calls, you can check the Genesys environment (T-Server Logs) for 'AttributeDNIS'.

DO you use the IDC table in the PBX to route calls ?

How do I check for the routes that carry in my local and toll free calls? Is there a setting in LD 16 that can set the DNIS to yes for all trunk routes?

Thanks!

yes there is a setting on the route for DNIS if it is a pri route
